One Love PUJA with Ana

Tuesday, April 15 8pm – 10pm at 34 Saunders Ave (upstairs) in Toronto

This event is by donation with processed going to the AMMA Foundation.

A PUJA is a ritualized way of opening up to subtle energy using chanting, meditation and ceremony.
Lead by Ana Demetrakopoulos, the One Love Puja Circle is a gathering of chant, song and celebration.  Chanting in Sanskrit connects us with higher planes of consciousness that support our process of evolving and affirm the sacredness of the earth and all lifeforms. The devotional relationship of chanting helps us to open ourselves and to our cosmic intellegence.

You can participate at your comfort level – simply to be in the circle and share in the co-creative experience. Participants are invited to chant three easy-to-learn mantras through which we support an awakening of our whole human identity. In the second part of the PUJA, we sing devotional or inspirational songs. You are welcome to contribute songs in any language, from any spiritual tradition or culture. We close with singing Arati, a song of gratitude, and waving of burning camphor to symbolize our complete surrender to our growth.
